    How are my tickets delivered and how long does the process take?
    You will receive an email immediately after checkout. That email will contain your order confirmation, which you will need to print off and bring with you on the day of your event. Showing your confirmation on your phone will also work fine.

    I need to change the name of the person redeeming the VIP bundle. What do I do?
    This is no problem. Please email us your order number, and the new name of the person that will be attending. We will then edit the name and send you a new order confirmation via email. Please note that for security reasons, your request to change a name must be sent from the email address that was originally associated with the order.

    How do I get the merchandise items that come with my VIP bundle?
    Merchandise items will be distributed on the day of the event. Go to the merch table of the headlining band and present your receipt to them.

    How do refunds work?
    We can refund you for the full amount of your purchase as long as you make us aware of your refund request at least one week before the day of the event. Otherwise, purchases are non-refundable.

    What methods of payment are accepted?
    Acceptable methods of payment include PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX.
